Stephen Smith, Alan Lamb, Julie Lyvers

Alan Lamb, a sixth grade honor student at Towns County Middle School, received a check from the VFW Post 7807 by representative Stephen Smith on March 15, 2005. This generous donation will help Alan attend a leadership conference in Chicago from July 1 through July 10. Mrs. King, the Middle School guidance counselor, nominated Alan to attend the leadership conference. This conference, which will focus on the medical field, will help Alan as he works towards his career goal as a surgeon. His determination can be seen through his school work and activities.
